Please take time to read the following terms and conditions carefully. They form the basis of the contract between yourself and ArtsKool-kids

A O’Donnell

After receipt of your booking and payment, you will receive verbal/text/written confirmation providing full details of your booking, and at this point a contract exists between ArtsKool-kids and you, the customer. If after receipt of your written confirmation, you think anything is incorrect please contact us straight away.

Age Groups

We have specified age groups suitable for all our activities but if your child or another participant is not within the specified age groups, please contact us to discuss options.

Activities

All activities are Art Based and if your child sufferes from any allergies to glue, paint etc….it is the parents responsibility to inform a staff member at ArtsKool-kids

Equipment

We provide basic plastic aprons for our activities, though we cannot guarantee that your childs clothing will remain spotless during the Art Sessions..

Supervision

Children are supervised at all times. No refunds will be considered for any children who are excluded from an activity because of unacceptable behaviour. Trained instructors take responsibility during activity sessions. It is important that children listen and adhere to any instructions given. They provide vital information for children and their safety. In making a booking for a party/activity, parents acknowledge the risks associated with activities of this type.

Payment

· Places must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

· Due to the popularity of these activities, early booking is advisable. Please note that places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

· Bookings are non-refundable.

· Bookings cannot be refunded in the event of bad weather.

· Booked sessions will only be transferable if the space can subsequently be filled.

· On receipt of your completed booking form and full payment ArtsKool-kids will confirm your booking and acknowledge receipt of your payment via email/text or call..

· If insufficient numbers enrol, the activity will be cancelled and your payment will be returned in full. Any other refund claims will be given at the discretion of the ArtsKool-kids management.

If we are forced to make changes

ArtsKool-kids will do its utmost to provide activities as advertised but must reserve the right to alter or cancel any activities, or other arrangements if operational, weather or other considerations so dictate. If we have to make a major change to your booked activity, we will offer a suitable alternative if available, or 100% refund, if we are not able in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable.

If there is any problem with your booking, please contact us as soon as possible either by email at artskool08:aol.com or by phone 01438 718075.

Your responsibility

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to advise ArtsKool-kids of a child’s dietary requirements at the time of booking. This information will be reconfirmed to you in our documentation.

It is also the responsibility of the parent/guardian or other person acting in ‘loco parentis’ to fully advise ArtsKool-kids, when booking, and then follow this up in writing, of any illness, disabilities, social or behavioural problems that a child currently has, or has recently experienced, which might affect the child or other children during the activity/ies. We will naturally treat any personal information sensitively and respect confidentiality. We are committed to making our activities as accessible to as many children as possible, however, very occasionally we may not be able to provide the service required and will refund any difference.

We reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate.

Personal Property

ArtsKool-kids does not accept responsibility for children's property of any description.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any party venue or activity area.

Data Protection

Your information will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and will only be used for the purposes of ArtsKool-kids.

Photography

Photographs may be taken of the activities for future publicity. If you do not want your child photographed, please make a note on the booking form.
